Michelle Huelsman:

I have been involved with the thoroughbred industry since middle school. My mom is a trainer and I have spent many a morning walking hot horses and mucking many stalls. I have lived in Kentucky for the last 11 years and have seen a new side to horses with my own children. From English lessons and shows to drill team to trails I have learned to appreciate all that the horse is capable of. Four years ago my husband and I had the opportunity to purchase an existing feed store and so begins a new journey with the horse and a host of other farm animals too!

We currently operate a new store in Alexandria dedicated to all companion animals. Our knowledgeable staff can help all levels of horse owners and disciplines take care of their horse. K&M is very involved in the community through the Horse Council, 4-H clubs, Northern Kentucky Horse Network and a host of other groups dedicated to the horse. We feel very strong in supporting and educating horse owners and riders. It does not matter what discipline you are in at the end of the day it is the horse that we all love and need to take care of in the state of Kentucky.

I currently reside in Kenton County with my husband, three children, dogs, cats, and horses of course.
